These General Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions with Spa Bronze DXB / Bronze Glow Personal Care Center L.L.C., located at G-6 Crystal Tower, Al Asayel Street, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as “Spa Bronze DXB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Process
- Appointments must be made through our official Booking Site:
https://booking.spabronzedxb.com or https://spabronzedxb.com. - Select the desired service, date, and time, and provide accurate contact details.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Eligibility & Age Policy
- Services are available only to clients aged 18 or older.
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to request identification for age verification.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking using accepted methods such as credit/debit cards or other electronic payment options.
- All prices are in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Cash payments are accepted on-site, but must be made in full before the start of the treatment.
- If payment is not completed, the appointment may be cancelled.
4. No Refund Policy
- All purchases of services, packages, and prepaid sessions are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, missed appointments, or changes of mind.
- In exceptional circumstances, management may issue store credit at its sole discretion.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- You must cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled time.
- Late cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% service fee charge.
- Repeated violations may result in a ban on future bookings.
6. Cancellations by Spa Bronze DXB
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or equipment failure.
- Affected clients will be offered either:
- A rescheduled appointment, or
- A full refund, processed within 15 working days.
7. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility
- Clients must inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or health issues before undergoing treatment.
- It is the client’s responsibility to consult a medical professional to confirm they are fit for treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if there are visible health concerns or lack of disclosure.
- Failure to disclose relevant health information releases Spa Bronze DXB from liability.
8. Feedback & Complaints
- If you are dissatisfied, please notify a staff member immediately or contact [email protected] within 48 hours of your appointment.
- We will investigate and respond promptly.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be reviewed.
9. Limitation of Liability
- All treatments are performed by trained professionals; however, results may vary.
- Spa Bronze DXB is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes resulting from treatments.
- To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of income or emotional distress, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Hygiene & Conduct
- Clients must adhere to hygiene standards before treatments.
- Any inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards staff will result in immediate termination of the session.
- We reserve the right to deny service at any time.
11. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time; the full fee still applies.
12. Packages & Gift Cards
- Packages must be used within their validity period and are non-refundable.
- Lost or expired gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
13. Privacy & Data
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
- We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required.
